Our Shipping Policy

Your order is important to us and we have high regard for your experience while shopping with us.

The large majority of our orders are shipped within 3 working days of the order, and delivered in 2-3 days from shipping. We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver due to quality or availability issues for any item in your order, be assured that you will be refunded the full amount charged for the item.

As mentioned above, we ship most items within 3-5 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7-10 working days, to ship the order. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7-10 working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and you will receive email/call informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order we will process your refund, to the mode you have made the payment.

We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and contact us at support@wooplr.com mentioning your order reference number. We will ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

Charges for Shipping & Cash on Delivery

From time to time we keep evaluating the cost of shipping & logistics costs to ensure that we as a business is run profitably. For some brands we have to charge additionally to account for such costs.

  1. Our basic shipping charge is Rs.99 for a cart size up to Rs.1000 and no charge for orders above Rs.1000.
  2. Shop Nineteen products will be charged shipping additionally at Rs.99 for each product at or below Rs.699 and Rs.49 for each product above Rs.699.
  3. NYKAA products will be charged a flat shipping cost of Rs.50 for products of value up to Rs.500. This is the same as Nykaa’s delivery policy. Also, only online payment is allowed for NYKAA on MyStore.
  4. Cash on Delivery charges are fixed at Rs.59 for all orders up to Rs.10,000. COD will not be available for cart sizes above
Cancellation and Return Policy
  • We have a no-questions-asked return policy. You can return the product till 10 days from it being delivered.
  • Kindly note, these products cannot be returned: Bags, Beauty products, Innerwear, Accessories, Sunglasses, Swimwear, & Lingerie.
  • For your return or cancellation to be processed, the product should be in unwashed and unworn condition, with all the tags and labels intact.
  • Your refunds typically take up to 7-10 days to reflect in your account depending upon the bank. If by any chance this is further delayed, please notify us at support@wooplr.com & we will look into the reasons for the delay.
Exchange and Replace Policy

If you would like to exchange products purchased on My Store, please follow the steps below:

  1. You can create exchange requests for products purchased from Store within 10 days of its delivery under the "Track Orders" section of the website. You will see a button reading "EXCHANGE/REPLACE" on the page.
  2. Once clicked, you might see a list of possible reasons if you're exchanging the product for same size. Please select the appropriate reason. This confirms your exchange request
